  • Monthly Diagnosis: Mary Stone offers you her new monthly diagnostic service.
    This service was set up with a very specific objective: To be the eyes of owners on the condition of their property.
    The monthly diagnosis is a report and a photo report of all the anomalies and damage that are noted, each month.
    This report is sent directly to each owner on Whatsapp, Line or by email.
    It aims to prevent and anticipate that a minor and benign problem does not become big jobs in the months to come.

     

  • Positioning: In the current global context with travel that is not always easy, the diagnosis is a guarantee that your property will not deteriorate during your absence despite the professionalism of the managers who are not always building professionals..

     

  • Who carries out the Diagnosis? : A diagnostician as well as the manager in charge of establishing the report to send to you.
    The faults observed will be described to you in the full report and you can decide whether or not to plan the repair with the service provider of your choice.
    Our diagnostics are carried out on all geographic areas Koh Samui.


     

  • Budget: The price for this service is in the form of a renewable 6-month contract and its price is around THB 3.75 per m2 of your property.
    This represents for example an approximate monthly price of 1500 THB for a 3 bedroom villa with garden and swimming pool.
    In addition, depending on the size of your property and its outdoor spaces, we have packages.


     

  • Help us to promote our Diagnosis service: You may have friends or neighbors stranded abroad who cannot immediately return to Koh Samui. Thank you in advance for sharing.
